The night of the Gala Buffet was most memorable for the wonderful displays of the Chef's culinary art. Beautiful examples of this are shown here and some of the work was truly breathtaking. The ice carvings particularly caught my attention and, as can be seen, these carvings were not small. I think most, if not all, of the passengers were highly impressed and the display is one that is always put on the night before the end of the voyage. A very enjoyable cruise. |
